Refund Policy

Our refund policy is 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed since you made your purchase, unfortunately we cannot process a refund or an exchange on any products. 

In order to be eligible for a return or a refund, the item(s) must be unused and in the condition that you received it/them. 

There are exemptions to the refund policy. We cannot accept returns or send refunds for customised products. If a product has gone through any customisation or personalisation, we cannot process a return. 

If a refund is applicable, we will notify you once we have received your returned item. If the refund is approved, we be process this to the original payment method.
